Items that can be returned.
All items except custom made to measure items can be returned. Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase provided they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, not sprayed on with any kind of perfume, unsoiled and be in their original packaging.
Please note: All customized products which have been made specifically to the customer's measurements are not eligible for returns. However, if you have any problems, please contact us and we will surely help you out as much as possible. Items that are under Free shipping, we require 18% restocking fee on all returned items to cover initial shipping costs and handling.

What is the process for Return?
To initiate the return process the customer must contact us through website or mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the outfit. State the order number and reason for return
We will assess and confirm the return via email within 1 working day and mention the address on which it needs to be sent. Once confirmation received, please pack the outfit in its original packaging and send it to the address mentioned in the email. Send us the receipt and tracking details for the package.
Return shipping charges are to be paid by whom?
Customer has to pay to ship products back to the address mentioned in return confirmation email. All returns must be completed within 3 days of confirmation received from us for return and tracking number should be sent as soon as the item is shipped back.
When will I get my refund?
We will provide full refund (minus shipping cost, custom duties). Refunds will be given back via feasible mode of payment agreed by both seller and buyer for international orders. Refund will be initiated upon receiving the outfit and provided all the conditions are met upon assessing. Items that are under Free shipping, we require 18% restocking fee on all returned items to cover initial shipping costs and handling.
What to do if received damaged product?
If the product received by you is incorrect or faulty, please email us within 1 days of receipt of the product with photographs or said damage or issue with the product. We will assess the situation and propose best possible solution Or offer an exchange or return the same for full refund.
Please note that products are considered faulty only if they have a severe manufacturing defect or damage making it unfit for wear or use. Since most products are hand crafted products, there may be minor variations in workmanship/ slight color variations as compared to your screen monitor but the same would not warrant the garment as ‘faulty’.
We are not liable for damages to the product after it has been received by you.
If the package is damaged, you may refuse to accept the package and inform us by sending an email detailing the same as soon as possible. Please asses the situation correctly whether it is severely damaged or not.
